Welcome to Photobello ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Photobello is an IRL Social Operating System designed to help users build meaningful real-world relationships through personality-based matching, daily wellness missions, and in-person connection tools. The App is operated by Brian Sandoval ("Operator").

You retain ownership of content you create (photos, messages, profile information). By posting content in the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the App for its intended purpose (matching, social features, Photowall).
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards.
Photobello uses personality-based algorithms to suggest matches. We do not guarantee compatibility, relationship outcomes, or the accuracy of any match scores. Matches are suggestions based on persona data and should not be treated as endorsements of any individual.
Photos taken at Photobello booths are stored securely and can be claimed through the App via QR code. Unclaimed photos are automatically deleted after 72 hours. By claiming a photo, you agree to have it associated with your profile and potentially visible to matched users.
The SEED Program provides daily IRL missions for personal growth. These missions are suggestions, not professional advice. Photobello is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or mental health treatment.
If you encounter inappropriate behavior, you can report users through the App. We review reports and may take action including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans. We reserve the right to take action at our discretion to protect our community.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion:

The App, including its design, code, branding, persona system, SEED Program, and matching algorithms, is the intellectual property of Brian Sandoval / Photobello. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, error-free, or that matches will lead to any particular outcome. Use the App at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brian Sandoval / Photobello shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to interactions with other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
