01Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

02About Photobello

Photobello helps people build real-world relationships through personality-based matching, curated places to meet, and in-person connection tools. The App is operated by Brian Sandoval (“Operator”).

03Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not create multiple accounts
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

04Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App if you are under 18 years old
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, or illegal
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the App for commercial purposes, spam, or advertising without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the App’s systems
• Scrape, collect, or harvest other users’ data
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App

05User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (photos, messages, profile information). By posting content in the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content within the App for its intended purpose — matching and messaging with people you are matched with.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without notice.

06Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Sexually explicit material or nudity
• Violence, or content depicting or encouraging harm
• Impersonation, fake profiles, scams, or spam
• Any content involving a minor

How to report. You can report any user from their match card or from any chat. Reports are private — the person you report is never told who reported them, or why.

How to block. Unmatching immediately and permanently removes that person in both directions: they disappear from your matches and chats, and you disappear from theirs. Reporting a user unmatches them automatically.

Our response. We review every report within 24 hours. Reports involving minors or a user’s safety are treated as urgent and escalated immediately. Confirmed violations result in removal of the content and permanent removal of the user from Photobello.

07Matching & Connections

Photobello uses personality-based algorithms to suggest matches. We do not guarantee compatibility, relationship outcomes, or the accuracy of any match score. Matches are suggestions based on persona data and are not endorsements of any individual.

You are responsible for your own safety when meeting anyone in person. Meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and trust your instincts.

08Daily Missions

The App may suggest daily missions and prompts for personal growth. These are suggestions, not professional advice. Photobello is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or mental health treatment.

09Subscriptions

Photobello offers optional paid subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

10Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion:

• Your profile, persona data, and matches are permanently removed
• Your chat history is deleted
• Your photos are deleted

This action is irreversible. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes, and may retain records related to reports or safety investigations as required.

11Intellectual Property

The App — including its design, code, branding, persona system, and matching algorithms — is the intellectual property of Brian Sandoval / Photobello. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

12Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, error-free, or that matches will lead to any particular outcome.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brian Sandoval / Photobello shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to interactions with other users.

14Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
